Hi, I’m Kristen, the Administrative Assistant here at Optimal Movement Physical Therapy and the voice behind the phone when you call! Before working here at OMPT, I was a former Elementary Education Teacher for 15 years and the last 4 ½ years, were the most rewarding, as I have been a stay-at-home mom. A year ago, I made the decision to rejoin the workforce, and joined Dr. Koza's team and have enjoyed working alongside her ever since! In my free time, I love spending time at our lake house with my husband and two children, Vincent and Ava.
