Quote
We can’t control the wind, but we can adjust the sails.
I want to help patients with their emotional well-being and ability to participate in life the way they want to without having to worry about pain, leaking, etc.
I specialize in treating adult and pediatric clients individually as an occupational therapist and specialize in endometriosis and pain, incontinence, bowel and bladder issues, and prenatal/postpartum care.
I like working here because the staff is like family, extremely collaborative and able to bounce knowledge and ideas off each other to enhance clinical expertise, I love the warm and friendly environment that is comfortable for our patients and therapists. I like that the clients are coming to me knowing I can help them with what they need.

Going to Optimal Movement was a great decision and I highly recommend their therapy. My surgeon sent me to help with my bladder and pelvic issues and Kim has been excellent in her treatments. I have also experienced back issues and Kim came up with therapies and exercises that are helping with both the back and pelvic areas. I am so glad to have found Optimal Movement to help in my physical recovery. Feeling stronger and more like myself again! Thank you Kim!
I have been looking for a place like this for years! My pain is minimal but affects me every day. The team at Optimal Movement PT listens and does a great job teaching the techniques needed to get stronger.
I have Kim as my OT and I love her! She is teaching me things I didn’t know and showing me better ways to do things. It’s great because sends email and texts reminders. She’s pleasant to be with and it’s like coming to visit a friend. I feel very comfortable because it’s one to one and there’s not a thousand people here. I truly love it here and tell everyone they should come here.
